Willco Companies is developing a 700,000 square foot mixed-use project in the Capitol Riverfront Business Improvement District area in Southeast Washington, DC. This project will include a 350,000 square foot class A office building with approximately 15,000 square feet of retail serving the expanding Capitol Riverfront destination area.
